The Answers You Need
Royal Gleaux Policy
To ensure the appointment is started promptly, please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior. Consent form(s) for scheduled services should be completed prior to the appointment and can be found in our email communications sent to the client. Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful and relaxing experience at Royal Gleaux. All bookings made by the customer means the customer agrees to our policy and understand the prepayment (deposits) are non-refundable/non-transferrable.
Cancellations: If the customer calls the day before the appointment to cancel/reschedule for ANY reason, there will be a $20 rescheduling fee at checkout the day of their rescheduled appointment. The client may reschedule within 30 days to avoid forfeiting their deposit (prepayment) if they are unable to come up with a day and time. If the client contacts Royal Gleaux to cancel the appointment for ANY reason on the same day of the appointment, the deposit (prepayment) will be forfeited, and the client will be charged $25 to the card on file.
Late Arrivals/No Show: There is a 10-minute grace period before a late fee of $15 is assessed if we can resume the appointment. The appointment will be considered a “No Show” if the client does not arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, in result, the deposit (prepayment) will be forfeited, and the customer will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Payments: We prefer cash but accept all major credit cards for payment of services and products with 2.83% card fee. *We do NOT offer any refunds on retail products and services. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment
